To be able to schedule on your own time. Being able to see the times and how long it’ll take before deciding is a blessing. I no longer have to deal with customer service. The company needs to hire new ones that really care about the customers. I’m not sure if they’ve run out of drivers or what but they’re not helpful and when you try to schedule in the same day, it s even worse. The app and the dispatchers both need more work because they are both unhelpful, hindering, and cause issues. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback.
