How to rent a BinBin? 1. Download the app and sign up, don’t forget to enter your payment details. 2. Use the map in the app to find the nearest BinBin. 3. Scan the QR code on the BinBin and start your ride. 4. If you’re using a moped, don’t forget to wear your helmet! 5. If you’re using a scooter, kick off with your foot to gain speed, then press the throttle to continue riding. For mopeds, simply press the throttle gently! 6. Leave the traffic behind, but don’t forget the traffic rules. Watch out for pedestrians and vehicles. 7. When you reach your destination, make sure you're in the service area and find a safe place to park your BinBin. Don’t forget to check the parking spots on the map. 8. All set? Availability is also very limited. ### 1/5 — waited half hour trying to stop ride *2024-11-02* my first ride with go sharing and after a 12min ride, it would not open the helmet box and thus i couldn’t end the ride. kept getting billed while i was frantically trying to find a way to contact support. nothing in the app. had to google and find the chat interface on the web and have them unlock and end my ride. they at least credited the difference (though for the time i wasted they should’ve refunded me the entire ride!) and worse the refund was as a credit on the app so now i have to take another ride to use that or lose it. i wasn’t planning on using go again. ### 1/5 — Error *2024-10-30* No m funciona ### 1/5 — UI is a scam *2024-10-26* Second time writing a review. The unlock helmet button rarely works. And if it doesn’t you are forced to end the ride (it is illegal without a helmet). However, attempting to end the ride will meet you with a “helmet not attached to cable” message which stops you from ending the ride. Not to mention the ONLY other way to end the ride is through the so called 24/7 support team which after 15 attempts still refused to take my call. Don’t waste your money. They are actively scamming users. ### 1/5 — New app destroyed everything *2024-10-03* The new app shows only 1 scooter available, whose price is 6€ per minute for RESERVING, 1€ per minute for driving… they really messed everything up, switching to other scooter providers ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-09-09* Ich habe den Roller ausgemacht und konnte ihn nicht mehr starten. Ich war außerhalb des Abstellradius und wollte ihn schieben. Das hat auch nichg funktioniert. Ich habe den Roller stehen lassen und mir wurden 62€ abgebucht für eine 5 minuten fahrt👍👍👍 ### 1/5 — Failure of bikes and failure of app. *2024-08-03* Looked at over a dozen bike. Most are not able to be used. Tried to messages customer service. They kept closing that chat after waiting 30 minutes to chat. The one bike I was able to use had a bad pedal and they charged me 2 euro for 30 seconds of use. Complete failure of the entire app and product and customer support. ### 1/5 — What a s h i t t y app it is!!! *2024-07-18* On WiFi this app simply crashes and nothing happens at all. When selecting phone number there are literally every country available except… Australia and New Zealand. I guess the developers have not discovered them yet. And of course - the code doesn’t arrive so you cannot proceed. They do anything to stop user from using the service.
