My schedule settings were changed (one out of five scheduled on/offs was changed to a time 30 minutes different than it originally was) and the device will randomly turn a light on for me outside any time I scheduled it to be turned on or off. When going in and setting manual “once” on/off timers, sometimes they work, other times they don’t. I’ve unplugged the devices and plugged them back in to see if that would help with something but it hasn’t fixed the issue. I haven’t completely remade my regular timer schedules but if the issues persist, that will be the next thing I’ll try. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2021-09-27, version 1.0.8* Randomly deletes connected outlets. One of them I have scheduled to come on 20 minutes before sunset, and when I tell Alexa “goodnight” it turns them all off. I use them in the carport to power inflatables, and Christmas lights, and I also power some string lights for the patio. I have one that I keep in the kitchen drawer that we use when we want to have the crockpot turn on at 4am for Sunday lunch, which is very simple to schedule in the app. I love the way that I can set up a schedule (through Alexa) for the plug that controls my Christmas tree. I can control it with my phone, voice, or let the schedule control it. Then I put it in the drawer, and when I get it out 11 months later I don’t have to do anything but plug it up. No setup or thinking about it, it just works like it did the previous year. That’s why I have several of them. Once I get them programmed for a specific use, that’s all I use them for. My only problem with them has been if we loose power you sometimes have to reprogram them. You can unplug them for months with no problem, but if the power goes off for an hour they may not work. Then you have to remember how to set them back up. All in all for the functionality, convenience, and costs I would highly recommend them. ### 5/5 — Phantom schedule *2022-05-06, version 1.0.8* I’ve had these timers for a few years but every time I need to adjust the schedule, it never updates. Currently I adjusted the schedule for daylight savings but timer keeps going off at the previous schedule. Not sure why it doesn’t work on the new schedule.
