المشوار السابق والوحيد الذي كان مع السائق كتب لي امه ملغي علماً انه تم توصيلي الى المكان المطلوب بمبلغ 40 ريال وليس 26 ريال كما هو مكتوب وعند نزولي بالموقع لم يقم السائق بتاكيد الوصول بل استمر التطبيق مفتوح معاه حوالي الساعتين وأكثر وقمت بالتواصل معه واعتذر ان التطبيق معلق وانه يحاول اغلاقه ولم يستطع. التطبيق لا يوفر خدمة الشكاوى واما خدمة التواصل معنا بالتطبيق لا ترسل المحتوى المكتوب مجرد ايقونه لا تخدم هذى ماحدث معي ولا اعلم هل يحدث مع الجميع. ولا امانع من تواصل المسؤول عن التطبيق معي
