## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No support and it doesn’t help me go to bed because there are no notifications to warn or cajole me

*2025-05-18*

You have to open the app to see any info. I reached out for support but received no response. This seems to be just a way to extort a small subscription, which you’ll probably forget about because there are no notifications to remind you it’s time to go to bed and the widget doesn’t seem to exist. And it’s a small amount that’ll most likely go unnoticed for a long time. Nice little money earner for the app owner, zero benefit to app “users”. I genuinely thought I was supporting a small business, how disappointing and disheartening.

### 1/5 — Support contact options inadequate

*2024-08-23*

So, I installed this app in the hopes that it will help me better manage my erratic sleep schedule. It works as advertised…except that I can’t get the widget on my Lock Screen, only my Home Screen. I don’t want it on my Home Screen; I already have the first page filled with apps that I want to keep there, and I don’t want to have to unlock the phone to see the widget.

So I tap the App Support link here to contact the developer to ask if Lock Screen widget support is actually supposed to be there, and if not, could it be added. And I get the developer’s Bento site. The only contact methods listed are various social media that I don’t use.

I’m not signing up for a social media platform just to contact a developer for support. I understand that email isn’t “cool” to the younger generations, but it’s the only truly universal online communication method (aside from phone and SMS, which really aren’t appropriate for general app support). If you’re a developer and you’re not going to provide either an email link for support or a web form that will get a support response via email, you’re doing it wrong. Period. My rating will remain one star until the developer provides a contact method that doesn’t require me to give personal information to a big corporate social network.

### 2/5 — There’s some problems

*2024-07-03*

Hi go to sleep! So,I want your app to give me a reminder to go to sleep because I tried your app last night and it let me go to sleep at 11:32 PM when I had to go to bed at 7:55 please have your app remind you users thank you!! ❤️

### 3/5 — Feedback

*2024-10-21*

Rather than telling me all day to go to sleep right now to wake up at some random time mid afternoon, it would be better if the app count it down hours left to sleep until wake up time. That would give me a better sense of how much time I have left in the day, and after I pass my minimum bedtime, it would remind me of how little time there is left to sleep

### 3/5 — Widgets are not working

*2023-06-08*

Cool idea…but app is worthless without the widgets. Not working at all…

### 5/5 — Good app

*2026-04-22*

I use this app for more than a year now, and I like it 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

### 5/5 — 👍

Some more widget themes would be nice but otherwise what more could I ask for?

**Developer response:** Thanks for the kind review! 😊 Which kind of widget themes would you like to see added? Feel free to reach out to: gotosleep@michaeltigas.com.au
