Feature not working, getting null points exceptions and not seeing the live token

Such a worst app ever . Searched hospitals near by me and didnt even find any hospital.

Proper testing is not done , getting exceptions messages directly to users instead of showing proper toast or snackbar.
Result filters also need improvements. 
Proper intuitive loaders etc.
If possible please make UI more intuitive and user friendly.
Also doctors list is limited with Sulthanbathery location.

Worst app booked through go token and visited mattanur hnc hospital as per go token show live 14 and my token is 15   I arrived here on time and they are not aclling me they are calling on basis of who came 1st

Even if book the slot also .we will loss our whole day .No punctuality for doctors in out patient department.There is no value for patients time.

This app is an absolute disaster. I've been trying to open it for ages, but it's like banging my head against a brick wall. The OTP is supposed to be the key, but it's more like a mirage. Waited a solid 15 minutes and still no sign of that elusive code. Forget user-friendly, this app is user-hostile. Steer clear unless you enjoy wasting time and patience.

Booked token last 3 times and every time they served as per first come basis, even on arriving 5 mins before allotted time. So don’t waste time booking just come directly to hospital.
