This whole microtransit “system” replacing the WF Loop Bus was the absolute worst idea possible. I have yet to be able to find a ride, on any day at any time. When I had my car, I’ve had to give coworkers a ride home because they haven’t been able to find rides either. 🗑️ They need to go back to the drawing board with this one or just bring the bus back . I was very anxious when it too Busy between 10:15am - 11:15 to get picked up. Some appointments or other pick ups are not flexible if or service is Busy or unavailable. Is there any way to reserve a pick up time in advance. Friday morning I need to connect with the WRX Wake Forest-Raleigh Express by 7:40am. So I would need to be picked up by 7am .
