You barely get rights for over a hour and then once they do book a ride it's at least 30-34 minutes away and now they're trying to make you pay for the free rides that they barely give out

I really don’t know how this app has 4.8 stars. This whole microtransit “system” replacing the WF Loop Bus was the absolute worst idea possible. I have yet to be able to find a ride, on any day at any time. When I had my car, I’ve had to give coworkers a ride home because they haven’t been able to find rides either.
🗑️ They need to go back to the drawing board with this one or just bring the bus back . PLEASE.  This is such a terrible system

I know this is like an uber thing but when I try booking it that way there’s no drivers. At ALL. Everyday day regardless of the time. I have never seen an available ride on this app.

NEVER and i mean never should the transit system have been suspended for this horrible excuse for an app. never has rides and is genuinely disgusting

I’m somewhat pleased with my first door to door trip on the first day of the Go Wake Forest Microtranist  Service. I was very anxious when it too Busy between 10:15am - 11:15 to get picked up. Some appointments or other pick ups are not flexible if or service is Busy or unavailable.  Is there any way to reserve a pick up time in advance.  Friday morning I need to connect with the WRX Wake Forest-Raleigh Express by 7:40am. So I would need to be picked up by 7am . Thank you Valerie King-Jackson

This app is extremely helpful. I get a ride the majority of the time. Sometimes it’s busy and a ride isn’t available but most of the time it is. It’s a money saver!

The app works smoothly, the driver was great and the minivans super clean and comfortable.

I don't know why they decided to suspend the bus system, they were more efficient than this microtransportation so far this week I have spent 80$ in Uber that I had saved with this one, the app has been unable to reserve a rider for days in hours where there is no one asking for it and it always tells me that there is "high demand" the bus system must return.
