If I could give this app a zero rating, I would. Completely ineffective, poor design and UX. Customer support non-existent. Replaced previous problems with estate access with a completely new set of problems

Probably the worst app I've used in recent memory. The UX is pure frustration every time. Pathetic logic to manage access and bookings. And all of this if it actually works. What a disaster! Would give 0-stars if could.

User Experience (UX) is non-existent. Amount of clicks/screens to navigate for simple functionality is shocking. Have no idea how this made it to full use in one of the biggest estates in Johannesburg. Take it back to the drawing board!
