Since then, I cannot access any of my account, have been waiting for a replacement card, and I cannot close the account. When you call customer service there is no one that speaks English, they tell you you cannot do anything until a new card arrives, but they tell you up to 30 business days. That comes and passes and your money is still frozen. I will not be depositing checks account anymore and I’ll probably be shutting I’m not gonna do it if they’re not going they’re gonna charge me a fee and then say it’s in minutes but you be taking multiple hours that is not gonna happen. I used to love this Bank. I used this Bank years ago and I never had a problem and now I have the time to you gotta keep redoing it and then they do this. They charge you eight dollar fee promise you a minute and it might be in by today might be in by tomorrow no way this bank went way downhill.
