The bank its self has its problems. Most other businesses don’t wanna have anything to do with Go2bank because it’s not a real bank you can walk into so beware of that. Plus anytime you wanna do anything they will block you from doing that too and then you have to call them every time and that’s a pain in the butt. They can’t seem to get it in their head not to block you every time you want to buy something or pay something off. ### 3/5 — Unresponsive App *2026-08-24, version 3.2.0* The app is a hit or miss as of recent. Sometimes it works but, most of the time, it doesn’t. Lately I have just been logging into the website with no issues. Everything looks like a scam ### 1/5 — Go Local, these people are up to no good *2026-08-08, version 3.2.0* In early July I had a suspicious transaction that I denied. Since then, I cannot access any of my account, have been waiting for a replacement card, and I cannot close the account. When you call customer service there is no one that speaks English, they tell you you cannot do anything until a new card arrives, but they tell you up to 30 business days. That comes and passes and your money is still frozen. Learn from my mistake, bank local so should an issue arise it can be addressed by a human that speaks the same language you do and the issue will be resolved and you don’t lose the money you worked hard to earn. ### 1/5 — They lie *2026-08-06, version 3.2.0* First of all, I’ve deposited several checks in this bank, and I’ve had it within I do one this morning. I paid eight dollar fee and it’s been almost 3 hours and I still haven’t put in my account. I will not be depositing checks account anymore and I’ll probably be shutting I’m not gonna do it if they’re not going they’re gonna charge me a fee and then say it’s in minutes but you be taking multiple hours that is not gonna happen. I used to love this Bank. I used this Bank years ago and I never had a problem and now I have the time to you gotta keep redoing it and then they do this. They charge you eight dollar fee promise you a minute and it might be in by today might be in by tomorrow no way this bank went way downhill. I can’t get ahold of ANY human to cancel it. The live chat only works with an account, and your phone number won't connect to a person. How in the hell do I even contact a person to close this? What kind of third rate banking app is this anyway?!? ### 1/5 — Will not activate card if you already have an account *2026-07-29, version 3.2.0* I had issues activating a debit card I purchased at CVS. I thought perhaps I needed to create an account first; noooo, that ended up prohibiting me from activating the card at all. Absolute scam. ### 1/5 — Horrible app. Horrible customer support *2026-07-28, version 3.2.0* The app itself is atrocious and almost never opens without force close due to error. However, my main complaint is that this company holds every transfer for far longer than is necessary and then they blame the company sending the transfer (for which I’ve already gotten documented proof) and they just repeat the same statement over and over. Ach takes 3 days please wait this timeframe. But ach was instant to them. They’re holding my funds to make interest for themselves but they’re holding it far longer than is right. Last time was ten days. With no reason. That time it was a canceled purchase from Walmart that never even cleared. They could have put the available funds right back. They held them for ten business days. This is why I like to go to bank and I got my card in no time and what I love about it is you get no bank fees like I used to get with my bank and I think you guys very much.
