It will continue to say “tap to load” but will never load% this has been going on for over a year. I believe it is done on purpose so they don’t have to pay the rewards out to consumers. Because they have no advice on how to fix the issue. Maybe on the slow side but didn’t have any problems with it. Now I do. Just recently had my annual checkup with you receive $50 after your primary healthcare bills your insurance, right? Not now! Yes I know it may take up to 90 days to receive but that’s ridiculous to allow that much leeway. I would rather it take less time to receive. Should only take no more than a month.I know my insurance has already received the billing. It’s been 9 days since my checkup. Where is it?! I feel like I’m being ripped off since this is a free app! Time to add on to this review. Now the app refuses to load like I’ve seen from other reviews. Funny, it’s a coincidence that this happened considering the fact that I complained about delays on receiving rewards. This is bogus! This needs fixing, NOW! Edit: I have bumped up to 3 stars because I can finally use the app again. I finally received my rewards. However, those issues must not persist. I’ve noticed when reading reviews most of these people have no clue how to use this app. This app is only for activities that you can do and get paid. You have to enter in a date and photo proof on each activity by uploading once you do this it you will see how much you have earned on the main page. There are a few activities that will be automatically paid once a claim has processed even still the amount will be added. In order to use the amount you have earned you have to click redeem and choose a gift card you would like and the amount. You then enter your email address and Humana sends you a e-gift card to be redeemed by email online. Each year I have purchased a lot of Christmas. Last year I earned $350 and had it all put on Walmart e-gift cards and used them to buy Christmas for everyone online. I also chose ihop and Starbucks for free breakfast with my husband and coffee at Starbucks. People need to learn if you have no idea how to use it call Humana Go 365 and they will help you. This app is not for viewing information and claims.
