The app says that I won three tournaments but I never received my gift cards. It’s already been half a week and nothing happened. I also noticed when I try to look at my past tournaments they would not upload and an Error message would appear. One more thing what is the point system. I don’t understand it; I have almost a thousand points. I don’t see a gift card store. I just see an empty bar with a $5 and a $10 sign. Please, help me.
