Go47 scans the GPS metadata in your photo library — entirely on your device, never uploaded — and stamps every prefecture you've set foot in. Watch stamps appear from trips you'd half forgotten. Collect all 47.

Tap refresh on the map and Go47 shows what changed: new prefectures stamped, prefectures that leveled up, and your score climbing.

Built for large photo libraries
Scanning now runs in the background instead of locking up the app. A long scan shows a live progress screen — your map filling in as prefectures are found, with time remaining and a way to stop.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-07-14

Rescans are now much faster — Go47 checks only what changed in your library instead of re-reading every photo. A new Full Rescan option rebuilds your whole map from scratch whenever you want a clean pass.

Also in this update:
• Trips you exclude now stay excluded after a rescan
• Fixed a bug where a rescan could show an empty map
• App download is around 27 MB smaller

Improved photo detection near prefecture borders and small offshore islands — photos that fell into gaps in the map are now correctly attributed to the nearest prefecture. Stability and polish fixes.
