## What is Goal Lock?

Your goals now guard your apps - and hand you the one thing to do instead.

A goal is a dream with a date. What gets you there is the daily non-negotiable - the one small action that makes it inevitable. Goal Lock captures both, then stands them full-screen in front of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, whatever steals your hours. Three doors at the gate: do the action now, ask again in ten minutes, or hold three seconds and consciously unlock. Never unconsciously again.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Say the thing. One real goal - what exactly, by when, why - plus the wall that actually stops you and what it costs to stay the same.
2. Get your daily. Goal Lock turns the goal into one atomic daily action sized to your worst day, hung off something that already happens every morning. You pick the number. It's your promise, not ours.
3. Arm the lock. One permission - the same Screen Time framework parental controls use, running only for you - and the apps you pick are shielded until today's action is done. Prefer not to grant it? A 2-minute Shortcuts automation works as the fallback.
