With the glitches and poor widgets it’s still decent, just not at this price point. ### 3/5 — Enjoy the app but shouldn’t have to pay for a small feature *2026-06-07, version 10.9.8* I am currently using the free version and haven’t had a problem yet, until now. I’m trying to add a Due Date/Repeat for a Milestone Task and it’s telling me that I can’t because my account is ‘Free.’ I understand if there are a lot of other features that make the app better and would require Premium, but this is such a small thing that I don’t believe should require me to pay for. If I can add a date to the milestone, why am I unable to add a repeat date to a task under that same milestone? Now, I won’t be able to have the task repeat every day in order to actually achieve that milestone. Also, adding your progress can be buggy and lags frequently. Visualizing your logs and progress is not straight forward. It is blatantly AI and has no class. The app is free to try and I like the features but I would really like a way to turn the art off. It makes it feel cheap and carelessly put together. ### 2/5 — Unfixed Bugs *2025-02-03, version 10.0.3* I loved the app when I first got it, but it’s been having bugs lately and there’s no one fixing them or responding to my issues. One bug in particular is I cannot add photos to my notes entry. Photos is an extremely important feature to go with my journaling in which I capture moments. When I click on the ‘+’ button to add a photo, the screen goes to my albums and allows me to select a photo, but there’s no button to accept or confirm or save the selected photo in order to be added to the entry. It only shows arrows at the bottom of screen, which is for options that has nothing to do with selecting or saving photos. I’ve reached out to app support and no one has responded in months. I pay $60 annually for this app, which isn’t cheap since there’s plenty of free apps, and I’m being scammed out of my money since I can’t fully use its features. I shouldn’t be charged for something I cannot use entirely. It’s not fair. If the app was free then I would get what I pay for, but it’s not free and I’m not getting what I pay for. The creator of this app is a motivational speaker so he is not following his own advice as far as character and running a business because he is not making sure the people who pay him for his services is continuing to have a quality product or service. I cannot listen to his speeches anymore because now I feel like he isn’t practicing what he preaches by letting this app fall by the wayside, but has no problem charging me. There never seems to be a bug when he charges my card yearly. ### 4/5 — Really useful app, quite expensive *2024-09-27, version 8.2.2* This app does (almost) all the things I want in a goals/task app - at least better than anything else I’ve found. I’d like it even more if I could specify the image sizes for display on tasks etc, and if it was a bit easier to use, eg in terms of setting repeat events it has some options but they don’t seem very intuitively suited to real life. But for now it’s a good option. It is quite expensive as a subscription though - which is why I’ve given it 4 rather than 5 stars - so I hope the makers consider this review as an incentive to keep developing it. ### 4/5 — Mega *2024-08-23, version 8.2.1* Eine echt gute App. Hab Ewigkeiten nach einer solchen App gesucht die man auch im kostenlosen Modus anständig nutzen kann. This app act as a separate entity. I tested this and created a new account on the SuccessWizard.com website. When i attempted to login using my credentials, it said “Email not registered” but these same credentials work fine on the the other successwizard apps (productivity and success wiz). I also attempted the reverse, and i created an account on this app first, then went to login on the website with the same email and it said account not found. When i create an account using the same email, there is no sync. This app shows different tasks/activities/goals than the ones on the website and other apps (website and other apps sync fine and have the same information). I have sent sent several support inquiry, i have emailed their support several times and i have used the chat feature to ask about this as well, and i have received no response at all. ### 1/5 — Too expensive *2025-01-01, version 10.0.2* The app lets you get started, at 3 goals it wants to charge you $149.99 for 12 months. Meinen Passwortmanager konnte ich in der Registrierungsmaske nicht nutzen. Nagut, dann halt die App wechseln und dort das Passwort generieren lassen und herüberkopieren. Aber nichts da, die App verbietet die Copy&Paste Funktion. Uff, abtippen wäre die Hölle, durch das ständige App switchen und da das Passwort wiederholt werden muss. Also nehme ich ein eher unsicheres Passwort. Leider wird das Passwort abgelehnt, da die App maximal 15 Zeichen als Passwort unterstützt. Das ist wirklich alles andere als Zeitgemäß und wirft bei mir die Frage auf wie die Entwickler an anderen Stellen mit dem Thema Sicherheit umgegangen sind. Especially with the chatGPT integration! He’s helped me a ton with making plans for self improvement already, and I haven’t used it all. Honestly maybe the best all in one app for productivity I’ve ever used. The subscriptions are a steal. The only reason for the loss of a star is because their IT team took a long time to fix an issue where I was accident double charged.
