I finally gave up trying to make it work. There is a “delete account” option, but when i tried to use it nothing happened — it just hung. At that point i just had to delete it. What a waste of time. Also, i tried to get the FREE LIFETIME plan (through APPRAVEN) but that didnt seem to work either. Reviewers on AppRaven encountered the same issues and wonder if it’s a scam as well.
