### 5/5 — replaced my scattered notes app

*2026-05-26, version 1.1.9*

finally an app that doesn't need a 30 min setup

tried basically every productivity app out there and they either overcomplicate everything or fall apart the second your life gets busy. goals is the first one that just works the way your brain does.

the AI stuff is actually useful - brain dump whatever you need to get done and it organizes it into real next steps without you having to build out some elaborate system

combines goals, todos, chats, and streaks all in one place instead of bouncing between 5 apps. mac version syncs perfectly with my phone too. one of the better productivity apps i've used in a while

### 5/5 — Easy to cross manage tasks on Mac and IOS

*2026-05-26, version 1.1.9*

So far one of my favorite desktop and iOS apps, syncs easily to claude and task management is next level. So happy I found this

### 5/5 — My 1 Notes App

*2026-05-23, version 1.1.9*

So much more here than OneNote or the iPhone notes app. Also less fragmented than keeping a bunch of threads with Claude. Love it.

### 5/5 — Great productivity app

*2026-05-17, version 1.1.7*

Keen is a legend and helps me with my day-to-day activities and keeps me in good shape. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Literally one of my new favorite task apps

*2026-05-12*

This is so far the best AI task management app. It’s helped me get ahead on so many projects and also has agents you can assign to ease up low leverage tasks. Way more user friendly if you’re just getting into AI integrated apps

### 5/5 — finally replaced my scattered notes/ apps

*2026-05-11, version 1.1.3*

I’ve tried pretty much every productivity app at this point, and most either feel overwhelming or require waaay too much setup before you can actually do anything. Goals is the first one that feels like it works w/ how my brain already operates.

The AI/task breakdown part is genuinely useful instead of gimmicky. I can brain dump what I’m trying to get done and it actually organizes things into actionable steps without making me spend 30 minutes building it out

The app also just feels clean and focused. I like that it combines goals, chats, streaks, and todos together instead of needing 5 separate apps. You can tell the developers are actively polishing it too- every update has noticeable improvements.

honestly one of the more promising productivity apps I’ve used in a long time!
★★★★★

### 5/5 — Keen is a G

*2026-05-08, version 1.1.2*

i really like keen to help me with my day to day. i highly reckless given the agents a go. you will be pleasantly surprised

### 5/5 — This can be useful!

*2026-04-24*

I think an app like this can actually come in handy! I think I see some good benefits of using it!

### 5/5 — Efficient and clarity

*2026-04-23, version 1.0.2*

Great productivity tool.

### 5/5 — Finally, a todo app that gets out of my way

*2026-04-21, version 0.1.0*

I've bounced off every task app I've tried.. they all want me to organize before I can start. goals is different. I just talked into it for 30 seconds about what I wanted to get done this week, and Keen sorted the whole thing into goals and todos for me. The weekly briefing on Sundays is genuinely the part I didn't know I needed. Simple, fast, and the daily cadence option is perfect for habits. Worth the upgrade.
