They scammed me out of a couple thousand just by relinquishing my funded accounts after a transition with another firm. Overall 1/10 experience so far. For a company operating in the financial and trading space, professionalism, speed, and communication should be the absolute minimum standard, yet my experience has reflected the complete opposite. What makes the situation even worse is the poor customer service. Messages are either ignored, delayed for unreasonable periods, or responded to without any real effort to solve the issue. When clients trust a prop firm with their money, there should be transparency, accountability, and urgency in handling concerns. Right now, it feels like once payment is made, customer satisfaction becomes irrelevant. This level of service damages trust and raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and operational structure.
