I have been repeatedly emailing their customer support team for a week before my subscription ends. They have just been giving me a run around and finally have charged my credit card. Still haven’t cancelled my subscription but deleted my account. Anyways, I’m stuck with my credit card being charged without my permission.

Our business started using GoAudits as a trial and we continually ask for help for editing and configuring templates to suit our business, clients and workload. Prathik and his team continually support us in a matter of minutes in whatever we ask. The flexibility of being able to create your own template, write comments and actions, send report and follow up with sites’ corrective actions is perfect for our company. It looks professional and holds our standards accountable. I would recommend signing up to the Enterprise Agreement for full access to all its functions
