Once I submit my code the app just goes black. I’m on the lasted version :( ### 1/5 — App is glitching and unreliable, constant error lockout *2022-06-14* Wish you had stuck with the old school key tags. The app worked for me a few times after installing it, but a couple weeks ago I started getting “unknown API error” every time I try to launch the app. I have tried closing and reopening the app, rebooting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, but always the same error so I can’t access any of the content or discount offers anymore. Very disappointing— technology is only awesome when it works. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2020-02-11* Crashes before it can open and now I have no card to use. **Developer response:** We apologize for the issues as we did encounter some bugs with certain iPhone models. These have since been resolved. It crashes before fully opening. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing. Now some of my frequented restaurants are saying they won’t take the card because they were told the app works. It’s so bad it actually hurts the Northwood brand ### 2/5 — Not Ready *2019-10-01* My email says the app is up and running, but there is a big padlock icon saying that it isn’t. This should really be down until it is open and ready to use for ALL tenants instead of some. **Developer response:** Apologies Flowetic but we rolled this out in a systematic way to minimize disruption and address bugs/issues as they came up.
