I had come to a point when you try to transfer money it will give an error or it’ll look like you didn’t even transfer money which will make what you’re tryna do decline. Please fix it because I’m thinking about letting this app go. It was a time it kept saying error I couldn’t even unlock my money so I had to out everything I was about to buy back because of this app. Please fix it ### 1/5 — The Worst Bank Ever *2026-07-15, version 2.49.0* I've been a customer since 2017 and it's been a continuous downhill progression. Currently the ability to send a paper check was taken away and it's not possible to cancel automatic payments. You can't deposit checks 90% of the time. Customer service is overseas and useless. Run away from this bank. I was lied to by multiple agents concerning my account. It’s virtually impossible to talk to a live person, chatting with the agents is the only way and none of them can tell you the same thing. I chatted with 5 different agents and all 5 of them had completely different answers to supposed “policies” of GoBank and none of them could help fix the problem. My $3-4k a month doesn’t mean a thing to a company like this but that’s my livelihood and means everything to me and I will be closing my account just as soon as I can tie up all loose ends and make sure not another cent of my money can go to GoBank!! ### 5/5 — Great app to pay and go. *2025-09-02, version 2.49.0* This app is good to pay for items from stores I transfer money to this account to pay and go. Paid for an INSTANT wire transfer to my GoBank account, did not receive it. Spoke to 4 different customer service reps, the first 3 told me i could not receive wire transfers at all (which i already knew was false), the 4th one said I CAN receive wire transfers, but it will take 5 business days , the same amount of time it would have taken if i did not pay to get it instantly. They hold onto your money, and the people they outsource for customer service don’t even know company policies. They also charge you when you transfer funds from other accounts (cashapp, venmo etc) Will be closing my account as soon as I receive and withdraw my money. ### 1/5 — Very bad service *2025-07-19, version 2.49.0* This is a terrible app with awful service.
