Makes it very frustrating to check my actual account balance as it won’t update for multiple days at a time. I’ve reached out to customer support and am met with “is your app up to date?”, of course it is. However the app still fails to update and customer support has no other solution for these problems. I deposited a check 3 days ago and the amount still has not shown up in my available balance. When trying to view the deposited check the app says “oops, something went wrong with the server”. But, if you are trying to get a statement to print out or even be available for viewing onscreen, you may not be able to. Talking to techs on the phone, they can’t really help either, because they don’t use iPads.(understandable). I could see part of the first page of my statement, but that was all. The old app worked fine in all regards of this.
