## What is gobonki for business?

gobonki is the app for your team – right at the counter, at the till, or out on the floor.

Customers show their digital stamp card, your team scans it and adds a stamp. Once the card is full, a second scan redeems the reward. No paper, no lost cards, no shoebox of punch cards.

STAMP BY SCANNING
The camera is the home screen: scan a customer card, add a stamp, done. Stamped one too many? Removing a stamp is just as quick.

REDEEM REWARDS
Scan reward QR codes and hand out rewards right at the counter. Your team sees exactly what the customer is getting before confirming.

SHOW A STAMP QR
No phone at hand, or a camera that won't cooperate? Display a stamp QR code on your device instead and let customers scan it themselves.

LIVE ACTIVITY
The activity feed shows what is happening in your business in real time – every stamp, every redeemed reward, every new customer.

CUSTOMER SEARCH
Card forgotten? Look a customer up by search and assign stamps or rewards manually.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Businesses with several branches switch location with a single tap – activity and statistics stay cleanly separated.

BUILT FOR DAILY USE
Six languages (English, German, Turkish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Hindi), passwordless sign-in, and an optional mode that keeps the screen awake during counter service.

gobonki is the staff app for existing gobonki partner businesses. A gobonki account is required – businesses can sign up at www.gobonki.com.
