### 1/5 — Loueur frauduleux aucun service client

L’application est bien conçue et la réservation s’est déroulée sans problème. En revanche, nous avons été mis en relation avec un loueur frauduleux qui a conservé notre caution pour une fausse raison, et cela dure depuis plus de 4 mois après la fin de la location.

Le service client n’a apporté aucune aide concrète pour résoudre ce litige. Goboony laisse au loueur toute liberté et ne propose aucun réel recours au locataire, ce qui ouvre la porte aux abus et aux arnaques.

Le service serait grandement amélioré si une interface de protection et de suivi existait pour le locataire, au lieu de laisser tout le pouvoir au loueur.

À éviter tant que ce problème structurel n’est pas corrigé.

Application hyper bien faite et intuitive. Location d’un camping car à un particulier en tout simplicité. Les forms d’état des lieux, les petits tips, tout est bien pensé. Fiable et efficace. Je recommande.

Do not let these people hire out your van or even rent a van. They are known for breaking terms and conditions. They do not respond when you have an issue until the very last minute. They expect you to be available 24/7 despite only open themselves 9-5 but sent to voicemail after 2pm. They are the WORST company I have ever came across. Good luck to anyone who ever has an issue with this company because they’re only out for themselves, I’ve spent countless hours doing the role they should be doing. Lazy and clueless staff!!

Ich bin Vermieter
Man muss sich immer mal wieder anmelden, aber das kommt in letzter Zeit immer seltener vor. 
Wenn man sich anmeldet, dann landet man auf einer Übersicht Seite auf der man 2x das gleiche sieht. Ok aber wozu? Wenn dan möchte ich doch sehen, welche Resonanz hat die Anzeige. Wie oft ist sie angeklickt, wie lange war die Verweildauer usw. kann meiner Meinung auch nach hinten. 

Die Nachrichten sind unübersichtlich da bei mehreren Mietern gleich mehrere Nachrichtenverläufe vorhanden sind. Warum? Auch ist ein Chat mit dem Mieter nicht möglich. Man bekommt zwar die Mitteilung das eine Nachricht eingegangen ist, aber man muss die Nachrichten erst verlassen und neu laden. Ok das geht besser. 

Buchungen und die Übersicht sind auf Französisch? 
Ok geht das auch auf deutsch? 

Wohnmobil und der Vorgehensweise zur Preisgestaltung und Beschreibung finde ich gut. 
Ok aber ich würde auch gerne eine Anzeigenvorschau sehen. (Mieteransicht)

Support mit Stephanie ist sehr gut. 
Ok Auch wenn ich denke, das bei mehr Fahrzeugen der zu leiden hat…

Grundsätzlich noch Luft nach oben.

Absolut unbrauchbar möchte mich anmelden funktioniert nicht angeblich Passwort Passwort falsch möchte es mir dann zuschicken lassen und dann geht’s nicht weiter! Mit den gespeicherten Daten in meiner iCloud gehe ich dann auf die HTML Seite da kann ich mich einloggen!! Somit Passwort richtig in der App wird es nicht erkannt somit absolut unbrauchbar und ohne Empfehlung!!
