Looks like services aren’t handle the error case. I am unable to set time of my watch. Please fix asap. ### 3/5 — Full day heart rate *2025-10-10* Please write the full day heart rate to apple health. It only writes heart data to apple health if you manually check it. I have turned on the auto heart rate on 30 mints. Same goes to blood pressure there is no auto record option for BP. All other things are wonderful in the app minimalism i love it. But please do there 2 so that your app can write the data of full day heart rate to the apple health. Within warranty and yet no input on product support available. ### 3/5 — Need Improvement on watch and as well as on application. *2025-01-12* Not supporting on  iPhone properly disconnects whenever we close the application and also need to update there application and bring more functions and further features watch looks classic but the battery backup is less dries out so soon … ### 2/5 — Poor Customisation *2025-01-09* The app needs much improvement in the customisation section, you have 5 fixed face galleries, which can't be changed and other 2 are not responding either, can't be changed, only 1 face can be changed from gallery photos and other from prefixed fonts which aren't great either, It'd be much more helpful to customise 5 face galleries so that users can change them accordingly depending on their activities. I'd seriously request the developers team to look into this and add more efforts in this department, this would certainly help increase user satisfaction level too. ### 3/5 — Need Improvement *2024-06-13* Developers need to consider doing the basic mandate changes to the app. Cons: 1. Watch Faces - only one you can set your picture , saw this issue highlighted a year ago and yet it is not provided (3 edit faces would be nice) 2. No backup and restore options - Should provide offline file storage backup or sign-in based backup 3. No Dark Theme Pros: UI Design - looking neat and rich design Sign-in - No Sign in and info collected so no backups User Friendly - App have easy access tabs for checking our data ### 2/5 — Boult Drift *2024-01-10* When checking blood pressure from the phone, the watch gives pretty accurate readings. However if you use the app to initiate a blood pressure reading, the watch and app gives a reading of 140/70-80 something every time. You can only break free from the false high readings by doing a restart of the watch and the app must be closed when doing the restart. ### 3/5 — Watch face *2023-12-21* Please give us more and trendy face for watch. The watch itself is amazing but after 2 weeks the watch strap belt broke. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Avoid Pre-booking *2026-08-14* I would strongly recommend avoiding pre-booking from GOBOULT. There seems to be no proper cancellation or return option, which is extremely frustrating for customers. On top of that, the watch itself is disappointing and doesn’t feel worth the money. Think twice before placing a pre-booking order. ### 1/5 — Unable to pair Boult Watch Pro R with GoBoult Fit app *2026-07-25* I was using my Boult Watch Pro R with the old BoultFit app about 1 year ago. After reinstalling and trying to connect it now with the new GoBoult Fit app, the watch is detected but fails to connect. It stays on “Connecting” for a few seconds and then shows “Disconnected”. Please provide support for older watches or an update to fix compatibility issues. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2026-05-27* Very bad experience with GOBOULT smartwatch. Within just 3 months of purchase, the watch stopped working and I raised a warranty complaint. But there is no proper support from the service team. No response from the delivery partner and no action taken on my warranty claim yet. Really disappointed with the product quality and customer service. Customers should not suffer like this after spending money on a branded smartwatch. Provide some solution. ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed – Feels Like a Scam *2025-07-29* This Boult Trail watch is a total waste of money. The product looks nothing like what is shown in the ads, and its performance is even worse. It feels like the brand has paid influencers and flooded the internet with fake 5-star reviews to fool customers. The build quality is cheap, the battery dies quickly, and half of the features don’t even work properly. What’s worse is their return policy – or should I say, the lack of it. Once you buy it, you’re stuck with it. Customer support is non-existent. I tried reaching out multiple times and got zero response. Honestly, this brand feels like a fraud. It wasn’t even a week and the phone started giving problems like the screen not showing proper display, kept vibrating till battery drained completely and when for charging again started vibrating.
