This is unacceptable in today’s world. I deleted the app and redownloaded it but nooo 🥲 I’m really sad and I don’t know if it’s just my phone ### 1/5 — Misleading Order Info *2021-12-07, version 4.1.0* Servers routinely shut down for restaurants and causes delays in orders. On top of that, the app gives you a ridiculously incorrect wait time that does not account for the shortage of drivers on the app. I placed one order and the wait time was “45 minutes.” After not being contacted for over an hour I called the restaurant and found that only one driver was working that night and I didn’t get my food for 2 hours after ordering. Horrible experience, don’t use this app! Clearly it would make the drivers lives a lot easier if you didn’t. ### 1/5 — Horrible! *2021-04-25, version 4.1.0* The app was horrible! Additionally, there is zero way to reach out to the people behind this if something is wrong with your order. They have restaurants listed that are permanently closed, and the app doesn’t really track what it’s supposed to. One of the worst ways to spend your money. When I did get a call, the guy gave no sympathy to the fact that I have been waiting 2 hours for my food with no updates. Don’t expect for your food to arrive on time or to get a good service. Just order with Uber or DoorDash. Or make the walk to WU/marketplace.
