No one have iphone can purchase a ticket through the app!!! ### 1/5 — Trash service indeed *2021-08-04* I booked two tickets from El Gouna to Alexandria and on the travel date, I find out they were cancelled! They were cancelled two days before my trip without me knowing, and without receiving a cancellation confirmation email nor a text message, which I always receive whenever I cancel a trip. I called support and they refused to admit any guilt and the agent refused to transfer me to a manager or supervisor to talk to. He kept saying that it can’t be done through him which is bullsh**! I worked at a call center before and I know the procedure well. So all I got was a hellish day finding an alternative method to get back home and I got 30 EGP deducted from my tickets refund as a cancellation fee for a cancellation I did not perform. Their website is unreliable and their app is useless since you cannot book trips through it(Constant errors whenever I try)nor make any changes. Worst customer services. In their main station in Nasr city, I went to change my ticket to an earlier ticket, the employee told me rudely go do it online yourself as you booked it online. I couldn’t find a match for rudeness anywhere else in my life. ### 1/5 — Lots of bugs *2020-07-10, version 6* The app has a ton of glitches. Made me pay for a trip and then deleted my transaction. This happened a few times. Better use the website. ### 1/5 — Poorly done *2019-10-02* 1- when creating account, the password, should have been requested to be entered twice and they should match, before the account can be created, so the customer would definitely can tell (s)he eneterd the correct password that he/ she intended to, and avoid inconvenience and mistakes like my case. 2- you can also provide an option to show password or hide it, for convenience and security , up to the customer 3- There has to be a link with in the interface ( right under the password) to reset the password 4- contact us link, doesn't have a send button, so how am I suppose to contact you through the webpage ... after typing my long message, I found that it was a waste of my time, as I couldn't send it Thank you ### 1/5 — فاااااااااااااشل لا انصح بتحميله *2019-04-26* برنامج فاشل وشركه فاشله وخدمه عملاء سيئه جدا ### 1/5 — Terrible app with zero functionality *2018-12-27* Credit card transactions do not work whatsoever. ### 1/5 — Malfunction *2018-09-26, version 1.9* Retarded application I can not book a round trip !!!! Still won’t register me. You ain’t able to cancel a trip. Customer service is very rude and not helpful at all and refuse to admit the bugs and issues on the app and website. They refuse to refund or change tickets regardless.
