Bought this to be able to share my pictures to my phone everyone said you needed the play memories app but it does not work. I than found out that there are other apps for sony and this app is not compatible with A7III, requesting a refund.

根本用不了啊，搜索了各种视频都没有任何关于这个软件的教程，打开就是一个连接界面，根本了解不了，没有任何设置，就TM买了个摆设，啥也用不了，啥设置弄不了，应该是好几年没人用的软件了吧。咨询咨询不了，反馈反馈不了，投诉投诉不了，98块钱那个软件用不了也太生气了……

I just bought a brand new Sony alpha 7, was wondering how to share pictures on my phone because I don’t have a laptop. It says that you have to download that app which cost 15$ and it’s doesn’t work whatever I tried to do. Just unable to connect. I’m very disappointed in that service. Would be great to get money back

Verbindung lässt sich nur kurz koppeln. Man kann leider auch nur den Auslöser über die Kamera aktivieren. Zum Datentransfer von Bildern nicht möglich.

**Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Die verwendbaren Funktionen hängen leider stark von ihrem Kamera-Modell ab. Ein Transfer aufgenommener Bilder ist möglich, sofern der Auslöser am iPhone verwendet wurde. Hierfür findet sich eine Einstellung in der App.

Pretty sure this has to be a scam. The app tricks you by allowing you to control your camera with your phone, but the minute you try to adjust any setting or try to take a picture, the app freezes and locks you out with a loading screen that never goes away. Complete waste of money. App doesn’t even have a setting to download the pictures you have taken to your phone. Why is apple allowing this on their App Store??

I cannot connect my DSC-QX30, despite the developer’s claim “GoCamera supports all Sony PlayMemories cameras. We tested GoCamera with the following camera models:

Sony DSC-QX10
Sony DSC-QX100    ”
I do understand the DSC-QX30 is not on your tested list, but perhaps you could provide a disclaimer to the effect “we cannot be sure cameras not on the list below will function. To this end, we are offering a one week trial period to ensure you can connect.”

I did request a refund from Apple within minutes of buying and unsuccessfully attempting to connect my camera. Here’s hoping it is approved and I have not wasted my $12.99

I bought this app a couple of weeks ago and had some connection issues, but the latest update solved all of my problems. The app loads faster and there are no app crashes anymore. The only feature I am still missing is transferring old images from my camera SD card to my iPhone.
