I think it wants to track my location only. They at first realized it and fixed the problem for only one run. Then they started again with toll tag price instead. They owe me $50 and yet to fix or refund the money. I call and they promised to fix it and give refund but nothing. I spend $200 a month on this 15 mile toll. I have to disable location in settings to shut it off. Not a huge fan of an app that’s always grabbing my location. After months of trying to figure out the issue and not getting any help from NTTA until William reached out to them directly did this issue finally get resolved. Over 30 emails back and forth with William. If you aren’t getting my your discounts make sure NTTA and your go carma account match. Toll tag and license plate. Additionally if you get a new toll tag you have to update GoCarma. NTTA issued me a new toll tag and never told me to update GoCarma.
