This feature would be a must. Great for anyone that ever lost a taxi to dev null upon booking, or wondered how close their cab was. Now I can see my cab, pick the cab I want and have visibility into my cabs progress before they collect me! It won’t open Facebook login!!! Please fix it ### 1/5 — Major quality control issues *2018-08-28, version 7.7.3* Quality of drivers are terrible. I’ve used 4 times and had 2 bad experiences. One driver was so bad I felt I was seriously in danger (speeding, slamming on breaks, etc.). My trip was $17, but they charged my cc $26 4 days ago and it is still pending. I assume they will release my money soon, but that’s not cool. Once I get my money back, I’m deleting it. Also, when you compare with other apps, the rates of gocatch are approx 30% higher. The driver forced us to stay in he car until we had to have a friend come bring us money. This app not only mislead us with a fake user credit but glitches in it caused a confrontation between us and a driver who was trying to collect. Don't waste your time or money. Uber or lyft if you can. (And the fare wasn't even cheaper at all) ### 1/5 — Very Effective - Needs more cabs *2016-04-03, version 5.4.1* This used to be a good app. Unfortunately GoCatch have got greedy and the launch of GoCar in Sydney has driven Melbourne taxi drivers off the app so there are now no longer any cabs. Quite rightly as taxi drivers fear for their livelihoods. Why should they support a company trying to destroy their businesses. It used to take 2-3 minutes tops to get a cab to the airport in the morning now it takes over 10. GoCatch need to refocus on Ta I booking if they want to stay in business. ### 1/5 — Totally Useless *2014-07-13, version 4.2.1* Downloaded the app in Las Vegas. Requested a taxi with it. Took 30 minutes to tell me no taxi was available. Then it sends me an email that a code was sent to my cell phone.
