Welcome to the GoCentroBus mobile app – the only official transit app from Centro. This app is the fastest, easiest way to ride the bus in Central New York. The GoCentroBus app uses GPS technology to track your bus in real-time so you know exactly when it will arrive at your stop. No more missing the bus!

While personally I use the transit app, I was able to get around with the app. 

While the UI is awful, it does have live tracking in the app and that is very nice. 

Not bad but also not great.

Your staff are so free. There are still two stops to the terminal station, but they already kicked everyone off and then put up a "not in service" sign.

One thing I wanted to comment on here is the need for distinction between variations on the same route - for example, while 240 and 340 are part of the same 40 loop system, they don’t go to the same places or have the same stops. Making it clear in-app whether a bus is serving the 240 or 340 line rather than having the label as “40” would make a big difference.

Sometimes it logs me out(and I bought passes on this app) then when I try to log in it crashes every time, I wouldn’t recommend for you guys to have the option to buy passes if the app is so faulty

Centro has been around forever they need to update their app. Half of the time it gives you the wrong bus and the other half of the time it won’t work at all you're better off getting a physical bus schedule instead. I’d give this zero stars if I could don’t waste your time.

Just like the title says, it’s been broken for about a week so the app is unusable unless you want to just look at a bus schedule. Don’t need an app for that. Too bad because it was great when it worked
