Is it really that hard for you guys to do? Gee, I wonder why ridership is down… ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2022-09-21* Centro has been around forever they need to update their app. Half of the time it gives you the wrong bus and the other half of the time it won’t work at all you're better off getting a physical bus schedule instead. I’d give this zero stars if I could don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — Trip planner doesn’t work *2022-09-20* Just like the title says, it’s been broken for about a week so the app is unusable unless you want to just look at a bus schedule. Don’t need an app for that. Too bad because it was great when it worked ### 1/5 — App need a serious upgrade! *2019-10-25* This app is terrible it does not update fast enough it will say that your bus is 28 minutes away then if you check back 2 minutes later it will say your bus is 4 minutes away. Sometimes it will says no routes found for the trip you’ve entered meanwhile it’s a trip you take everyday. It does take a few days to get used to. I like that I can save / favorite routes and stops, and see where buses are. I've been using it every day. A keeper! ### 4/5 — It’s.. an app *2025-12-22* While personally I use the transit app, I was able to get around with the app. While the UI is awful, it does have live tracking in the app and that is very nice. Hope the ui/ux gets better ### 4/5 — An absolute necessity *2017-06-06* This app is a necessity for figuring where you need to go and how to get there using Centro Bus's. The trip planner is the best feature. Only thing you have to keep in mind is those times are estimates, and when the driver is required to be there. Most times they get there a little later so be sure to be at a bus stop ten minutes prior. The only problem I have is the bus tracker. It's not always accurate and sometimes doesn't list your bus even tho it's technically in route. ### 4/5 — Good app when it works *2016-12-17* This is an informative app for Centro riders. Unfortunately, there are times when it indicates that there are no buses leaving or arriving in my area when bus is actually about 5 or 10 minutes away. Since this is a pretty new app, I assume that they will work the bugs out of it....when it works properly it is a very useful app, particularly the map that shows the real time locations of the bus(es) as they travel on a chosen route. Looking forward to seeing this app become more consistent. ### 3/5 — Useful, with limits *2025-09-29* One thing I wanted to comment on here is the need for distinction between variations on the same route - for example, while 240 and 340 are part of the same 40 loop system, they don’t go to the same places or have the same stops. Making it clear in-app whether a bus is serving the 240 or 340 line rather than having the label as “40” would make a big difference. ### 3/5 — Need to update holiday schedule for Martin Luther King day and possibly other bank holidays *2020-01-25* I love the app but the other day on Martin Luther King (Monday Jan day it listed the buses running on my the regular Mon-Fri schedule. My bus never showed up & I was stranded in the cold for an hour til the right bus for the holiday showed up. Please update. ### 2/5 — Crashes when signing in *2024-07-28* Sometimes it logs me out(and I bought passes on this app) then when I try to log in it crashes every time, I wouldn’t recommend for you guys to have the option to buy passes if the app is so faulty ### 2/5 — Poor *2017-05-28* When doing the trip planner this app doesn't mention transfers.
