The service is very convenient for me (a senior) and they offer senior rates. Some of their vehicles have very poor suspension and the drivers drive way too fast. All gas & brake! Very bad idea. I called to confirm the car 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up. My booking was confirmed but I was informed on the phone that there wasn’t a car available to pick me up for at least 20 minutes *after* my scheduled time. I had to cancel and scramble to find a ride as this new time would cause me to miss my train. There was zero proactive communication from Checker to tell me they didn’t have a car. Had I not called ahead of time I would have been screwed. If you’re going to allow pre-booking, figure out the logistics before subjecting your customers to this incredibly poor service. ### 5/5 — Better than Uber *2021-05-31, version 6.5.0* The price is the same on the way home as it is on the way there - got stung too many on that by UBER! Great looking user interface, intuitive, and nice security protocols. What a shame, that after three days of trying to use and a phone call to to the company, that this app simply will not work!!! Every time I tried to complete a booking, I get error message, “opps something went wrong, try again in a minute”.
