Reached out to GoCo numerous times & they’ve done nothing. Our employees hate it ### 5/5 — Reliable and easy *2025-04-06, version 4.0.10* This app has really come a long way! Customer support is nonexistent. Client success team spends more time offboarding clients than retaining. Look elsewhere. Unlikely to be in business for long. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-09-15, version 3.0.15* We’ve had them for one pay cycle. They told us that they accidentally didn’t take out our 401k contributions. To add salt to the wound, they still haven’t direct deposited last weeks pay checks. It shouldn’t be that hard.
