The money I received from my clients was blocked for two months without any explanation, and nobody from the company was willing to officially explain what was happening. We had to go through complicated channels to finally get our money back. Unprofessional management, no official emails, no invoices, no contracts or documents — everything was based on trust. When I contacted their customer service, they simply said they informed management about my problem and that was it. Only through threats and persuasion could I get anything from them. I asked to have my account deleted from their website, but apparently, clients don't have that option. It's been three weeks, and they still refuse to do it, which means I have to engage in further conversations and explain once again why I don't want to work with them along with being changes the monthly fees for their service. Don't fall for their tricks and don't work with this company. Once your money is with them, it means it's no longer yours, and there's no guarantee you'll ever see it again.
