When that happens I have to go to browser version to pay my mortgage! Sometimes if I forego the Face ID option it may work. Ugh. Fix this problem guys! ### 1/5 — App is not user friendly *2025-10-25, version 9.2.6* Having to click into the terms and conditions each time I send a payment is super annoying. And I just had to delete and reenter my checking account that I have been paying the mortgage out of for the last 15 years. I've been trying for months to change my dates but it will not give me that option. Every time I enter the code it just gets stuck on that spinning wheel of death. And as others have mentioned, it is just time consuming and cumbersome to give you guys money.
