And I just had to delete and reenter my checking account that I have been paying the mortgage out of for the last 15 years. Dumbest thing ever to unverify an account already in use for that period of time. ### 1/5 — Screwed up *2025-08-16, version 8.2.6* The app refuses to update and refuses to let me use it. Every time I enter the code it just gets stuck on that spinning wheel of death. And as others have mentioned, it is just time consuming and cumbersome to give you guys money. When that happens I have to go to browser version to pay my mortgage! Sometimes if I forego the Face ID option it may work. Ugh. You seem to have missed the point in creating an app. What used to take basically two steps; logging in and making a payment now seems to take about 1/2 a dozen. You have made it a unnecessarily cumbersome to give you my money. I've been trying for months to change my dates but it will not give me that option.
