Sign into the website anyway… and even though I press remember me it does not. I went to log in on the website to see their what was free email plans would cost. And their site said I had to disable my tracker blockers and other stuff to access their website. We decided to increase traffic to our E-commerce website by adding a few new products but noticed the most ridiculous retail shipping rates & after speaking with support we were told to integrate our website with USPS shipping engine API software which we did and that would reduce retail rates to merchant rates which is definitely not the case. If you are launching a retail e-commerce store, I highly recommend to stay away from Go Daddy for the simple fact of this actual experience. There were many other bad experiences which we gave them, but the benefit of the doubt, but this is clearly a deal breaker!! Coding $12-$19 on a product that should cost no more than five is the worst sabot. You can get on your website in 2026!!! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Every-time i try to make a change to my account i draw a system error and is kicked out the site and made to sign in again. Very frustrating when it's hinderers my clients and customers as well!! However, three times in the last week, the app won’t even open. It keeps telling me there are issues and to try again later. I’m very disappointed that I keep having to go back to using Square. Now I have have to open app, hit more, select website, then select manage appointments to view my appointments for the day or make changes. It was convenient now it’s a hassle. Why did yall change the one click access to appointments?? ### 3/5 — Need Appointment App *2026-01-17, version 6.41.1* Needs a dedicated appointment app that we can share with our staff. The newest update makes checking appointments more complicated with extra steps, and it takes you out of the app to the internet. We primarily use the GoDaddy mobile app to check and book customer appointments. It needs a way to share the calendar with all staff without giving them full access to editing the website or customer orders. It’s not a very service friendly app at all. ### 2/5 — No longer able to access appointments *2026-01-16, version 6.41.1* Since the recent update the POS switch made booking appointments difficult. I’m still not sure how to fix this as I went to desktop and still doesn’t work. ### 2/5 — Unprofessional & Greedy *2026-01-13, version 6.41.0* We’ve been with Go Daddy for 3-4 years and I have to say if you have a business website, you want to steer away from Go Daddy they will scare your customers with the most outrageous shipping rates stating you didn’t put the correct information on your products when you have as a business. Trying to get them to fix an issue they create for you. They run away from and will not fix it. Will put you on hold and hang up on you instead of fixing the actual issue they caused for you, which is ridiculous rates on your website for invalid reasoning!!! ### 1/5 — Pick another website builder they lose your funds *2026-01-10, version 6.40.0* I’ve have multiple issues with go daddy but this takes the cake . They completely denied my most recent orders ever existing and refused to give me my funds . Had to refund all of my sales to the customers and they still expect me to pay their fees! So not only did I miss out $400, they want $10 more! The most unhelpful customer service ever. Do not use this company. not only that customer service is the worst and there is no 24 seven only Monday through Friday Saturday and Sunday you have to do it via text message. We used their cc processing and a customer pre paid for equipment, an $8000 charge. We wait for the money to hit our account to purchase the equipment and get to work. GODADDY has the nerve to say we need to show bank accounts and invoices and that they don’t have to release the money until we prove where it came from. You are the one that processed the transaction!!!! You are the one that set our account up!!!! You verify all that before activating our account not in the middle of a transaction that kills my business and loses us clients!!!! Then the customer service is a bunch of Indians that barely speak English reading me prompts instead of answering questions and getting results!!! The first time I was ready to quit them. It happened 4 more times!!!! You sign up for a simple website and email, it’s affordable at first but here comes auto renewal for a 4000% increase! So in conclusion, their apps don’t work, their website tools suck, their customer service is a bunch of Indians named Bob or Jim, they rip you off on website prices, steal your money and hold your business hostage. F GoDaddy! ### 1/5 — Trouble Uploading photos unto “my products” *2026-03-20, version 6.49.0* GoDaddy prioritized in-person transactions and removed uploading photos through the application. It now directs you to the desktop version to upload photos. It’s now taking a ridiculous amount of time uploading photos to my domain. Please bring back the option to upload photos via through the app. The photo suggesting that you can upload photos on the app hasn’t been taken down either. As an esthetician, I sell physical products in my storefront as well as provide services to my clients. I am able to do both with the use of GoDaddy. I can integrate my website seamlessly into my social media accounts making it easy for clients to book and make purchases. My one complaint was that my clients were only able to utilize coupons on the products I am selling, not the services. For example, there was not a way for me to provide a coupon like “20% off all facials for the month of June”. This was disappointing so I decided to contact GoDaddy to put in a feature request, and they listened! Now coupons are available for services as well. That just turned a 4 star rating into a 5!!! Thank you for providing me with a wonderful platform to grow my business and produce quality services to my customers.
