I just started DBT therapy and was looking for a DBT app that would help me with learning DBT skills along with tracking  DBT Diary Card. But it barely covers anything we learn and the Diary card is pretty basic and can’t be customized. Save yourself some time and try another DBT app if you are serious about DBT.

Great application for quick DBT review. However one gripe I have is that I have to sign in every time I open the app with Google. It’s pretty annoying.

I am not tech savvy at all and this app is very easy to use! Every feature is very well thought out and extremely important. It’s hard to choose but my favorite part of this app is the crisis support piece. This app will help people cope and save lives.
