I love the daily affirmations and I love how it picks a meditation for each morning and evening. Before you start all that though, you answer some questions about yourself so the app can make the journey specialized to your own needs. AI is destroying the environment, stole from me as an artist (and all of my colleagues), is causing people to lose their homes, etc. I even reached out to the team the first time I noticed AI generated content within the app. The team was nice enough, but still dismissive, as many companies and teams are nowadays about being spoken to about their use of something so unethical. I will not be supporting this app any longer. I appreciate how much this app used to help me, but it hasn’t since it first introduced AI features.
