Ordered via app as it said I’d get a 30% discount. Got to payment all going well but wouldn’t accept my card details for some reason, used pay pal instead snd it charged me full price. Really not happy at all .

Didn’t give me the option to add a discount code to get 30% off for first purchase through the app.

If I could rate a zero right now, then I would!

Used the App code APP30 as advertised, showed discounted in basket and in checkout, but then still took the full amount out of my bank account!

Emailed Customer Service ‘Contact Us’ will feedback again to see how swiftly they respond to returning the extra money they shouldn’t of taken!
