Now you can easily add your devices as cameras to watch live streams directly in the app. It also supports over 30 use cases, including attendance, safety, security, and operations analytics etc.

### 1.8.0 — 2026-03-14

We have introduced a new Pickup & Drop service to make device repair more convenient for our users. After raising a service ticket in the app, users can now choose the Pickup & Drop option. A rider will be assigned to collect the device directly from the user’s location and deliver it to our service hub for inspection and repair. Once the repair is completed, the device will be safely delivered back to the user’s location. This update is designed to provide a smoother and more hassle-free service experience

Spare Approval Workflow Introduced


We have added a new feature called Spare Approval. Users can add spare parts related to their device. The admin can approve or reject the requested spares. Once approved, the spare parts will be included with the ticket and replaced by our engineer.

• Add Asset via EXE
Users can now add their assets by running the EXE file directly on their system. This simplifies and makes it easier to register new devices.

• Device Health Report
When the EXE is executed, it automatically generates a device health report. This report includes key asset details and system information for easy tracking and diagnostics.
