The design feels rushed and unpolished. Everything takes forever to load and accidentally clicking the wrong button sends you back to square one, forcing you to re-enter your location and start your order all over again. What’s frustrating is how fixable these issues are. After taking 10 minutes to sign in because of a myriad of lost password steps that failed over and over again I finally got logged in. I was immediately faced with horrible loading times And 3000 points, I didn’t know I had which was a wonderful surprise. I redeemed this for a large pizza which I tried to add to my order at check out. Not only was it not on my Rewards list, but it was not anywhere to be found but my points sure were gone. I tried refreshing, closing, and opening nothing would work and every single time I got out of my basket. I had to restart this terrible order experience with horrible loading times. Also tried like 10 times to order Oreo dessert pizza and it never showed up in my cart. Kept trying to force me to use rewards for it and then said some error and it wouldn’t work. This app sucks in many different ways. Get to check out, it CHARGES my card, THEN sends a notification that it couldn’t authorize the purchase because the card isn’t registered to the exact zip code I put in for the location. How the hell does that make sense in the first place?
