It’s just keeps displaying a loading screen and won’t me in my account! I need help I can even contact the customer service because it’s just tell me to go into the app that won’t load! **Developer response:** Hi Carlos, You experienced issues at that time because it was 2:00am in the morning, when we commonly do maintenance on the system. I do see you were able to log into the app at 3:30am when the maintenance was completed. We do update daily. What is likely happening here is that your account is hitting the limit for no-fee advances for the pay period. The amount will not go higher once that limit is reached. Secondly, their system for picking up payroll has taken 2 weeks so far to validate my payouts to which the problem got escalated and still isn’t resolved because the tech team is behind on tickets. Third, I got paid today and now the app keeps crashing and won’t load even though a portion of my paycheck was deposited into the account. So I can’t access that either. This has been a frustrating and heartbreaking experience to have when my car broke down and I needed repairs done and now I can’t even access my paycheck after trying to get an advance for over 2 weeks now. **Developer response:** We apologize for any inconvenience. The app won’t reconnect my account and they don’t respond to this problem. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! During payroll processing, the advance offering is locked, so reconciliation can occur for the advances. Once the reconciliation process is complete, the advances open back up.
