The app crashes and the app support diverts to some Chinese website

This seem to be a Chinese Product and even though at least there can be a proper support system fir trouble shooting.

Correct.
The service engineers are also inexperienced and do hit and trial method. 
The app does not have cloud P2P option due to which remote access to camera feed is not available

This is the worst app I have seen ever for any Web cam. It has Auto Login option but never auto logins. Every time I have to click on Login button and then it takes way too long to load.

The Godrej SEETHRU app disappoints with frequent crashes and a difficult-to-navigate user interface. As a loyal customer, I expected better from Godrej. The app needs significant improvements in stability and user experience to meet the standards expected from the brand.
