Only wifi enabled devices can be registered through this limited use app. For the 'cattle class' non WiFi devices, one has to use their WhatsApp or web or phone channels and answer 101 questions before a SR can be raised. Downloaded this useless app. It says scan QR or enter serial no. But you have to do both . The QR on my AC is very tiny and also when scanned says that I should can app QR ,idk what that means .I cannot delete my account now either. What kind of app is this?? I’ve entered the OTP and clicked verify but it does nothing. Please try below steps: 1.Reset AC from the AC Remote Procedure to do Reset: 1. Set Mode as : Cool 2. Set Temp as : 31 degree 3. Press Wi-Fi button preset on AC remote for 3 sec.it will blink 3 times and sounds beep means reset happen successfully 3. Turn OFF the AC from AC remote 4. Turn OFF the Power Button from switch board (230V AC mains) of the AC device 5. Turn ON the Power supply of the AC(230V AC) 6. Do not touch the AC remote till configuration of the Mobile 7. Follow the configuration step of adding device in the app from Mobile.
