No updates, no new content, thinking game might be dropping off ### 2/5 — Bugs & unstable gameplay an A+ for effort tho *2025-05-23, version 3.0.5* Currently the game is bugged to such a degree that it (the game) breaks it’s own rules. Effects that should prevent heroes from reviving don’t work Buffs that are hero skills described as “not able to be dispelled” are removed by artifact effects which are not coded correctly (and certain artifacts already being a bit broken from a game balance perspective) Basically the game currently breaks its own rules and gameplay mechanics with the number of bugs currently present. I’ll potentially play for a little bit longer and I’ll update this review if they are able to fix things. Otherwise I’ll be joining the large number of players who have already abandoned the game since launch. The game does in my opinion get an A+ for effort, the summoning pity system (where you will get at least something instead of absolutely nothing after a certain number of tries) is much better than summoners war developed by 1 of the 2 same companies involved with this game. The gameplay is currently unstable/ unplayable due to the number of bugs related to gameplay mechanics currently (especially after the most recent update, you can kinda tell they are not doing play testing before updates and have lost control of the code in a sense) that I cannot recommend this game at this time. I do honestly hope that changes.. but if not it’s another game for the bin. I’m not someone that minds spending a bit of money / investing into a game either, but if a game is breaking its own rules, really not functioning due to the level of bugs present… then it really isn’t worth the investment. ### 2/5 — Why would you put a level cap on quest progression??? *2025-04-17* Fine game…until you are locked out of proceeding on the main quest, because your summoner level isn’t high enough. Like what?! I understand if the characters are too low level to beat the enemies; locking people out just because the overall level as a summoner is too low is just plain stupid. And then you make matters worse by putting a clock on progressing on the main quest?! At day 4 or 5, I was unable to claim the daily gift. It said that it was unavailable. I sent screenshots to support, and they responded that they had forwarded the issue to developers. It’s never been resolved, and it’s been almost a month. I’m no whale, so does that mean my “little issue” is just not important?? I haven’t even heard from anybody. Seems like most if not the whole game is AI generated which is an all time low for games honestly. It can be set to automatic but you can switch out characters so you feel like a team coach, pick the best team and let them do their stuff. However, that hasn’t been the case this time. The story isn’t detailed or anything like that, nor is it the best quality, and some of the dialogue actually gets cut off by the speech bubbles above the character’s heads sometimes I’ve noticed in fact—but that’s not really an issue for me, since I don’t usually focus on story. The tutorial was easy to understand despite people who play games similar to this not necessarily needing it. The gameplay itself is smooth and even kind of soothing; you’ll find that even when you can’t skip a battle, it can be quite satisfying to watch the enemies’ HP slowly (or quickly) crumble down to zero. The summoning system is rather rewarding, as getting some of the highest quality heroes isn’t out of f2p reach at all. The redeem codes are quite generous too, and you’ll find that obtaining plentiful diamonds outside of that is an easy task as well. The characters are relatively simplistic yet intriguing, each and every 5-star with a distinctly unique design. As long as you make the smartest or most enjoyable decisions that you can, you could make it very far. I love the way this game carries itself and how easy it is to progress while making good decisions to further help that. I’m not even sure what initially compelled me to try it as I’ve been playing it for about a month now, but I’m extremely glad I randomly found it on the AppStore and did. I’m hooked, and I really want to keep playing it for as long as I can. ( as a long time player of games from this developer I think they’ve really done a great job synchronizing all the best aspects from their various games. ) So far equipment doesn’t seem to be too much of a crazy grind, thank goodness, there’s a forging system plus item rewards from quests. The summoned monster selection is really cool : ) ( a bit spicy but it’s not like I’m not into it, the 3D graphical models are really good imo, you’ll see what I mean or not ) Anyway highly recommended game , especially as I’m writing this with the prizes from the launch event going on . Other things you try to collect it and the “claim” button is broken and it does literally nothing. I did 4-10x pulls and got 6 gold heroes out of it (1 each for 2, and 2 had 2 golds as well) so you already know you are going to need crazy amounts of dupes. Just honestly don’t even bother trying this game. It is the next pay2win cash grab com2us game.
