And I asked for help to lift up the account. And i followed their instructions. And this is what they told me to do after all those instructions. 1st they said this: Dear Soul Master, based on our investigation, you have applied for the refund which resulted in your account being frozen and thus unable to log in again. If you wish to restore this account, we will help you unblock the account first, but please double the top up in the game. For example, if you get a $9.99 refund, please purchase two $9.99 packs on the same day. Then your account will be normal, and if you do not purchase the package in time, your account will be frozen again. 2nd they said this: Dear Soul Master, thanks for contacting us. We checked that you received two $99.99 refunds, which caused your old account to be frozen. If you want to unlock your old account, I'm afraid that you may have to purchase $99.99 packs four times. If you accept this, we can help you unlock your old account and then you can buy packs directly from your old account. Like what in the world just to give my account back i have to purchase 4 times. It has a lot of forced game play with having to spent stuff on a specific item in game and you can’t by pass it. Not to mention the characters voices are obviously AI.
