Really shady would not spend a penny here! Not worth the download because it will be gone soon! ### 1/5 — Why do I still play this one? *2021-01-02, version 2.3.0.24* Yet again lost all data from one device after updating another device. Never have this problem on Empires and Puzzles! A much better game ### 1/5 — Stay away. *2021-01-02, version 2.3.0.24* This is the 4th version of the game in a little less than a year I’ve been playing. They keep getting kicked out of Apple store. All is good then all of a sudden no ability to make purchases. Generally while special events and special offers are going on. So for 2 weeks or more iOS users can’t make any in app purchases until they rebrand the game and reappear as something new. If you're gonna force us to keep switching at least provide a feature to skip the tutorial it gets annoying to keep doing it every time just to switch data. All they do is put new events with new heroes, with sales on top of sales. But with a bunch of issues, glitches, titan loot never show up, raid frozen, war battles kicked out in the middle of action, etc…. The funny thing is that they will respond to this review with a “please reach out to us under this email or open a ticket in the app”… funny because all they do is ignore the ticket or give you an idiot response just to brush you off… if I could give them a -1.0M Stars I would… don’t fall for their scam of money… unless you have a lot than share it with them!! ### 1/5 — Changed name lost progress *2021-08-25, version 2.3.1.19* On the third or fourth name change this reticulum game stripped me of all my progress and heroes. While not many I had a few 4 star and one 5 star. Had to start from scratch, and ultimately decided forget it. Unwilling to let that happen again. Spent a few dollars, and glad it wasn’t more. Won’t be playing anymore. I’d rather play E&P anyway cause at least I have had no issues on that one.... ### 1/5 — Many issues *2021-06-15, version 2.3.1.10* The game, copied from Empire and Puzzles, has much better graphics and some other better ideas. The unfortunate side is lots of glitches, heroes not playing correctly, lack of good customer support and other major problems. Support brings me to an empty Facebook page. ### 1/5 — Warning to Apple users *2021-02-24, version 2.3.0.41* This is the 4th version of this game that I’ve had to “update.” I’m glad I did NOT delete the old version of the game because I would have lost everything I’d earned over the past year. Now things aren’t working right (no access to hero of the month, etc.) because I’m still playing the old version. I think I will have to delete this game for good soon. Who wants to play a game and lose everything when they force you to “update?” Android users don’t have this problem. If you want to play a game that doesn’t do this shady stuff play Empires & Puzzles. Haters don’t though. Because they’re lazy. All you have to do is PRESS a button! Yeah, I’ve updated/ re-downloaded, they’ve changed ONLY the name and added more heroes! I guess, Android users aren't burdened with this process? I have an iPhone, so I have to change it up, it's no big deal. It's literally pressing a button. So quit crying and complaining about it. “Why do we have to do it”? It's business politics, we aren't involved in that part of the procedure. We are just gamers. Games are for fun. So have fun. Stop whining. I hear that some of the people /employees (if not most) over at iOS -Apple®️are a bunch of “weirdos” anyway. Mysteriously I saw 1 come up for sale in a VERY over priced offer leading me to believe it is not random chance that I can’t get one. Please push ASAP! ### 2/5 — Glitches *2023-08-13* There are always lots of glitches in the game and no support. It is a bad copy of Empires & Puzzles. If you don’t spend money you will get the same basic hero’s over and over. I know because I have played it for three years. I messaged someone on Facebook several days ago and have not received a response. I changed to this game because empires started to feel only for players who pay, this game wasn’t like that IN THE BEGINNING NOW THEY'RE GREEDY. Their costumer service is a JOKE. They make the powerful teams lose in raid and in wars! It’s so frustrating who you know you can win and then in the middle of war battle the board shifts because these ppl already decided the winner. I don’t mind spending on a game I enjoy playing but enough is enough.
